Door Handle Carrier 51218243616

Short Description:

Auto Door Handle Sensor Test System The auto door handle sensor test system is designed based on NI-PCI data acquisition. According to the special shape and special testing requirements of the BRIC type DHS, the system has made an excellent design for the controllability and measurement accuracy of the system, which improves the automation degree of the equipment. While ensuring the security, reliability and Poka-Yoke requirements of the system, it is also suitable for high-volume, high-stability testing needs.

The working principle of the car's smart handle

When the human hand approaches the car door handle, the capacitive sensor sends an induction pulse to the PASEECU, and then the PASEECU drives the low-frequency antenna to send out a request signal. The remote key receives this signal and responds to the PASEECU. After the identification is completed, the door is finally controlled by PASEECU to automatically open the door. The door closing process is similar to the door opening process, except that the button switch replaces the capacitive sensor to complete the door closing action. Similarly, the door closing action also requires identification.

Sensing principle of car door handle

working principle of car door handle sensor test system DHS (Door Handle Sensor) is a combination of a group of sensors in the car keyless entry system that realize the identification function and send the request signal. To realize the intelligent door opening and closing process, the DHS needs to complete the identification communication process with the remote control key and the PASE ECU. DHS is composed of capacitive sensor (recognizing human hand during door opening process), push button switch (door closing action) and low frequency antenna (communication with remote key). The working process of DHS is as follows. When the human hand approaches the car door handle, the capacitive sensor sends an induction pulse to the PASE ECU. Then, the PASE ECU drives the low-frequency antenna to send a request signal to the outside, and the remote key receives this signal and responds to the PASE ECU to identify the radio frequency signal. After the identification is completed, the PASE ECU controls the door to open automatically. The door closing process is similar to the door opening process, except that the button switch replaces the capacitive sensor to complete the door closing action. Similarly, the door closing action also requires identification.
